Refund Policy: No refund If cancellation is made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment date. Prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment a 3% fee of the total charge is charged to cover the cost of the processing charge I incur. Refunds will be made once your payment has processed and cleared.
**Please note that if your running late the appointments are scheduled by the hour and if you are late it will decrease the amount of time from your session. Please try to be on time. As I typically have appointments following.** Shipping of Digital Materal (DVD's) will occur within 3 business days of payment clearing. DVD will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Shipping of Printed Material usually 7 to 10 business days. Larger orders require additional time usually 3-5 additional business days.
